Looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team! We are a local growing, upscale-casual restaurant with a scratch menu, specializing in amazing food with a welcoming atmosphere. We're looking for a candidate who can communicate effectively and motivate their team while assuring superior guest service.

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- 2+ Years Experience in upscale concept (scratch kitchen helpful)
- Know and lived in the Austin area for at least a year
- Be a leader
- Ability to develop team
- Strong passion for food and beverage
- Problem-Solving Skills
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Team member support
- Conduct line checks
- Teach and uphold the restaurants standards
- Day-to-day operations, great guest experiences
- Must love people
