Our client, a new entrant in the fintech market, is seeking a driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in software sales and enterprise deal management. If you're a proactive hunter with proven success in closing high-value software deals—and bonus points if you have experience in quantum computing—this is the opportunity for you.

Business Development Manager Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fintech space.
  • Develop and manage enterprise-level deals, guiding prospects through the complete sales cycle.
  • Execute software sales strategies to engage and convert high-value prospects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt sales tactics effectively.

Business Development Manager Requirements

  • Proven experience in software sales, preferably within fintech or related industries.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and closing enterprise-level deals.
  • A hunter mentality with excellent prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Familiarity with quantum computing is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
