Now Hiring: Regional Director of Sales

About the Role:

We’re seeking a dynamic Regional Director of Sales to drive revenue growth across a portfolio of 20-30 hotels within an assigned region. This role requires 70% travel to key markets, building relationships with businesses, hospitals, universities, construction sites, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate top-line revenue and meet/exceed quarterly sales goals
  • Conduct on-site visits, sales tours, and community networking
  • Identify new business opportunities and analyze market trends
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Develop and support hotel sales strategies, including new openings
  • Manage social media marketing for assigned properties

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in sales management, in the budget extended stay hotel business
  • Multi-property sales experience in the extended stay hotel industry
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and networking skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
