Our Miami location is seeking an experienced Associate Director of Operations to oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations. This role ensures exceptional service, operational efficiency, and profitability, working closely with the Director of Operations to implement company policies and optimize processes.

Associate Director of Operations Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

  • Oversee multiple restaurant locations, ensuring consistent, high-quality service.
  • Implement operational policies and procedures to maximize efficiency.
  • Monitor key performance metrics (revenue, customer satisfaction, labor costs).
  • Collaborate with managers to resolve challenges and improve productivity.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Train and mentor management teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and identify growth opportunities.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding to align staff with company values.

Financial Oversight:

  • Support budgeting and financial planning.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to meet targets.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.

Customer Experience:

  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences through strict quality control.
  • Address customer feedback promptly, aligning with company values.
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Compliance & Safety:

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
  • Conduct audits to maintain safety and operational standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in compliance practices.

Associate Director of Operations Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in restaurant management or multi-unit operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and food safety regulations.
  • ServSafe or equivalent certifications (preferred).

Associate Director of Operations Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary based on experience. (140-150k)
