Restaurant General Manager
📍 High Point, Kernersville, Winston-Salem NC
💰 Salary: $60,000 – $70,000
A growing, locally owned hospitality group is seeking experienced General Managers to lead their teams in High Point and Kernersville. This is a unique opportunity to join a company that prioritizes hospitality, team culture, and guest experience in a high-energy, scratch-kitchen environment with a strong bar presence.

Key Qualifications:
3+ years of leadership experience in full-service dining
Strong bar operations knowledge is a plus
A hands-on leader who thrives in guest engagement and team development
BOH experience is beneficial but not required
Ability to cultivate strong community relationships
Valid driver’s license required
