Sr. Mechanical Engineer – Albuquerque, New Mexico
We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer with a consulting background to join our dynamic team. This role requires a diverse engineering skill set, the ability to work across multiple industries, and the expertise to lead and mentor teams while delivering innovative project solutions.

Sr. Mechanical Engineer Responsibilities:
- Provide expert consulting services across multiple industries, ensuring innovative and effective solutions.
- Develop project strategies while meticulously executing mechanical and electrical designs.
- Manage client relationships, offering technical guidance, strategic recommendations, and mentorship to junior engineers and designers.
- Oversee the design and implementation of mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, energy conservation, and fuel gas systems while ensuring compliance with industry codes and regulations.
- Lead and contribute to multi-disciplinary projects, driving continuous improvement and best practices in industries such as healthcare, laboratories, corporate commercial spaces, and government projects.
Sr. Mechanical Engineer Requirements:
- Must have served as a consultant in a previous role.
- Degree in engineering or a related field.
- 4+ years of diverse engineering experience in consulting or a design-build firm.
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, NFPA regulations, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software is highly beneficial.
- Experience in industries such as healthcare, laboratory facilities, corporate commercial spaces, educational institutions, and government projects is a plus.
- Strong team player with leadership capabilities, able to mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.
- Ability to relocate if needed; relocation assistance provided based on distance.
