Our client in the manufacturing sector is seeking an experienced Controller to supplement their team.
Controller Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual salary between $105-$115k
- Bonus potential
- Health and dental insurance
- Paid Time Off program
Controller Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least four years of experience in cost accounting in a manufacturing environment
- Expert user of MS Excel
- Collaborative and a team player
- Strong work ethic with an attention to detail
Controller Responsibilities:
- Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems, ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain internal control and safeguards for receipt of revenue, costs, budgets, and actual expenditures.
- Consistently analyze financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; monitor progress and changes and keep leadership abreast of financial status.
- Coordinate all audit activity
- Provide leadership in strengthening internal communications with staff at all levels throughout the organization; create and promote a positive and supportive work environment.
