We are looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant General Manager to join a growing fast-casual restaurant group. New restaurant opening, projected to launch in autumn of 2025! In this key leadership position, you will lead the team in driving sales growth and successful operations, cultivate a positive team culture, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Responsibilities/Requirements:
- 3+ years as Assistant General Manager in fast casual, guest centric restaurants
- Proven track record of building strong teams and business excellence
- Humble, hungry, caring, and smart attitude
- Expert financial acumen and cost control measures
- Strong leader, consistent and fair
- People-centric, engaged, and compassionate
- Bilingual in Spanish, preferred
