Restaurant Manager Requirements:

  • Lead and Develop a Team
  • Available to work nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Assume responsibility in the absence of the GM
  • Monitor and Maintain Safety and Sanitation Protocol

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

  • 3 years of management experience in the restaurant industry
  • Full-service restaurant experience required
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to motivate a team
