Seeking an experienced specialist in the healthcare technology and surgical processing space for our Client Success team. You will drive client ownership and engagement and provide extensive support to our clients at and after implementation of our software solutions Hospital SaaS experience required. Apply today.
Platform Specialist Responsibilities
- Drive technology integration and training solutions for SaaS hospital clients
- Become a "Go Live" GURU
- Develop and foster key customer relations post-implementation to provide ongoing account support
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge thru evolution of new versions and roll outs
Platform Specialist Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in IT with 3-5 years in hospital setting or 3 years surgical processing technology knowledge
- Implementation and training experience – up to 100% travel
- Client-centric with amazing communication and teamwork skills
- Detail and process-oriented with the ability to navigate challenges & develop repeatable, scalable solutions
