Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for delivering unforgettable dining experiences? Join our team as an Upscale Restaurant Manager and take charge of a high-energy, scratch-kitchen restaurant where quality, hospitality, and team culture come first. This role blends front-of-house leadership with back-of-house expertise, ensuring seamless operations and an exceptional guest experience every day.
What You’ll Do:
🔥 Lead and inspire a high-performing team to deliver flawless service

What We’re Looking For:
Passionate, hands-on leaders who thrive in a scratch-kitchen setting
2+ years of restaurant management experience (Manager, AGM, or GM)
Background in polished-casual, upscale, or fine dining (preferred)
Strong financial acumen (P&L management, scheduling, inventory)
Servant-leadership style with a focus on team success
