We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive sales growth in AI-driven solutions and enterprise software. This role focuses on securing new business in industries like financial services, cybersecurity, and advanced computing. The ideal candidate will develop strategic sales plans, build key relationships, and leverage market insights to stay ahead of industry trends while collaborating with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with customer needs.
Senior Business Development Manager Qualifications:
- Strong history of securing new business deals of at least $500K within assigned regions, consistently surpassing revenue targets.
- Over 10 years of experience in business development, specializing in engineering and technology solutions.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities; capable of working independently while effectively collaborating with globally distributed teams across development, marketing, and product strategy.
- Proficiency in English and French; ability to travel up to 50% as needed.
Senior Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
- Drive new business generation by developing and executing sales strategies aimed at achieving growth and meeting sales goals.
- Foster strong partnerships with internal teams, including marketing and product, to align strategies.
- Evaluate sales data and monitor market trends to identify areas for improvement and maintain a competitive edge.
- Lead solution presentations tailored to customer needs, coordinate technical support for demos and evaluations, and collaborate on proposals to position the company’s offerings as superior to competitors.
