General Manager – High-Volume Specialty Café

Are you a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment? Do you have experience managing both front and back of house, overseeing financials, and leading large teams? If so, we’d love to meet you! Our client is a rapidly growing café brand known for exceptional coffee, fresh food offerings, and a vibrant atmosphere. With locations that feature drive-through and a steady flow of foot traffic, we’re looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations, build strong teams, and drive profitability.

General Manager Requirements:

  • Management Experience – At least 3 years in restaurant management, with a minimum of 1 year as a GM
  • Full-Service Restaurant Background – Experience overseeing both FOH and BOH operations, including food cost management
  • High-Volume Leadership – Ability to manage a busy environment with a drive-thru, in-store dining, and online orders
  • Financial Acumen – Strong understanding of P&L, labor costs, and food costs
  • Team Leadership – Proven experience managing teams of 30+ employees
  • Experience: Kitchen, drive-thru, recent coffee background and New store openings is essential!

General Manager Benefits and Compensation:

General Manager Duties:

  • Driving profitability – Managing costs, analyzing financials, and implementing strategies for success
