One of the city's favorite upscale restaurants is searching for a Lounge Manager for a very high-end exclusive lounge.

Lounge Manager Benefits:
  • Salaried position
  • 100% Medical paid
  • Vacation & PTO
  • 5 day work week
Lounge Manager Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in high-end hotel, or fine dining restaurant as Bar Manager, Assistant Manager or General Manager
  • Prefer experience in catering, high-end events, hotels
  • Have a maître d' mentality
  • Must be comfortable working late nights
Lounge Manager Responsibilities:
  • Able to effectively manage administrative tasks (Payroll, Scheduling, Inventory Mgmt., etc.)
  • Develop and mentor a team of 20
  • Hands-on role dedicated to high-quality food & bar service
  • Adhere to local, state, and federal health and sanitation laws
