Are you an accomplished nurse leader looking for a career-defining opportunity? Our client is seeking a visionary Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to lead their innovative healthcare team. About the Role
As the CNO, you'll collaborate with senior leadership to implement strategies that align with organizational goals while ensuring quality and safety are at the forefront of patient care. Your leadership will be key in areas like:
- Team Engagement: Building a motivated, collaborative, and empowered nursing team.
- Patient Safety: Championing evidence-based practices that deliver superior outcomes.
- Community Partnerships: Developing relationships with medical staff and local partners to strengthen care delivery.
- Operational Excellence: Streamlining care delivery models, resource allocation, and financial planning to achieve operational success
Why This Role?
- Pay Range: $160K for 5–10 years of experience, $185K for 10+ years, and up to $209K for 20+ years of experience.
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000.
- Inspiring Culture: Lead a team dedicated to innovation, teamwork, and community involvement.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s Degree in Nursing (or a related field with a Nursing degree).
- Experience: 5–6 years of progressive nursing leadership in a hospital or health system setting.
- Licensure: Active RN license (Virginia preferred or willingness to transfer).
