Veterinarian Business Partner Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent medical care for your patients.
  • Lead and support a dedicated veterinary team.
  • Collaborate with our business team to prepare for practice ownership.
  • Deliver exceptional expertise and care to ensure patient satisfaction.

Veterinarian Business Partner Requirements

  • Education: DVM/VMD degree.
  • Experience: Minimum of one year of clinical experience.
  • Commitment: Passionate about excellent patient care and team leadership.
  • Skills: Strong mentorship abilities.
  • Professional Standards: Team members should have minimal to no visible tattoos and no excessive piercings.

Veterinarian Business Partner Benefits

  • Year 1:
    • Competitive starting salary of $150,000 (ProSal with no negative accrual).
    • Anticipated production bonus of $10,000-$20,000.
    • Benefits package valued at $24,300, including a 401(k) with a 4% annual match.
    • Paid Time Off (PTO): 3 weeks.
    • No on-call or after-hours responsibilities.
  • Year 2 Onward:
    • Anticipated owner income of $200,000 and robust ownership ROI.
    • Income and ROI grow significantly each year, reaching an anticipated $330,000 in Year 6 with a ROI of $2,192,000.
