We’re searching for an experienced General Manager to lead the launch and operations of a brand-new eatertainment venue in San Antonio. This is a rare opportunity to build a venue from the ground up, shape the culture, and create an unforgettable guest experience in the fastest-growing sport in the country.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume, multi-revenue venue
  • New Restaurant Opening (NRO) experience – from blueprints to full operations
  • Bar expertise – must have experience overseeing high-volume bar programs – creating and maintaining vendor relationships, setting up systems and SOP’s, and training 
  • Large Venue or Multi-Revenue Experience Preferred
  • A leader who thrives in high-energy environments and knows how to balance operations, guest experience, and team culture
