Position Summary
The Account Manager: Logistics Sales will oversee sales operations, build and maintain client relationships, and drive business growth for LX Pantos' logistics services. This role requires bilingual proficiency in Korean, Chinese, or Japanese and focuses on managing regional sales, resolving customer concerns, and identifying new market opportunities. This is a remote role with travel expected.
Account Manager: Logistics Sales Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics sales (W&D and/or Freight Forwarding).
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean, Chinese, or Japanese required.
- Demonstrated portfolio of existing business to bring with you, and a competitive drive to acquire and close more
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Account Manager: Logistics Sales Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage local and regional sales campaigns, promotions, and activities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new sales opportunities.
- Prepare and monitor sales budgets, projections, and expenditures.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure exceptional service standards.

- Salary: Commensurate with experience, starting in the low $100s, with 110% bonus potential
