We’re a growing, dynamic boutique hotel group seeking a talented Wedding Sales Manager to join our team and help couples celebrate their special day in style.
As the Wedding Sales Manager, you’ll be the key to bringing dream weddings to life at our stunning properties. You’ll connect with couples, listen to their vision, and coordinate every detail to create seamless, magical events. If you’re a proactive, out-of-the-box thinker who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a strong understanding of the luxury wedding market, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
- Lead the sales efforts for weddings at our beautiful boutique hotels, ensuring every event exceeds expectations.
- Build strong relationships with couples, vendors, and our hotel teams, including food and beverage, to deliver impeccable service and extraordinary events.
- Stay ahead of wedding industry trends, offering fresh ideas and personalized service that creates lasting memories for our guests.
- Negotiate contracts and manage event logistics to ensure smooth operations and maximum client satisfaction.
- Represent the hotel at conventions, trade shows, and industry events to build the hotel’s reputation and network with potential clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in luxury wedding sales, particularly in boutique hotel or event settings.
- A deep understanding of current wedding trends and a passion for creating unique and customized events.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with clients, vendors, and hotel staff.
- Expertise in food and beverage, with the ability to curate a perfect menu for each event.
- Strong computer skills with MS Word, Excel, Opera, Salesforce, and Delphi preferred.
- A self-starter who thrives in remote work environments and excels at managing multiple tasks efficiently.
