Our client, in the manufacturing sector, is seeking an experienced HR Administrator for their organization. The most qualified applicants will have at least three years of HR Generalist experience, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and have an ownership mentality of their work across the organization.

HR Administrator Compensation and Benefits:

  • Annual salary between $60-$75k
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) plan
  • 401(k)

HR Administrator Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources
  • SHRM or PHR certification preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • At least three years of human resources generalist experience in a manufacturing facility
  • Ability to be a self-starter who can manage multiple shifting priorities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

HR Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Handle all employee recruiting and retention efforts across the plant including hiring, orientation, and offboarding
  • Process all benefits-related materials including employee leaves of absence
  • Process payroll in the HRIS
  • Maintain employee files in the HRIS with utmost accuracy
  • File annual reports to ensure compliance
  • Act as the liaison for employee relations
