What We’re Looking For:

🔹 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager with a strong tenure.

🔹 Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.

🔹 An approachable, supportive leadership style that fosters open communication and teamwork.

🔹 A leader who leads by example, setting high standards for service and professionalism.

General Manager Responsibilities:

️ Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

️ Lead and manage a high-volume restaurant with a hands-on approach.

️ Effectively schedule and manage Front-of-House (FOH) staff to maintain operational efficiency.

️ Manage beverage inventory (liquor, wine, beer) and ensure cost control.

️ Maintain high standards for guest experience, service, and hospitality.

️ Communicate effectively with ownership, staff, and guests.
