DON Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead & Develop – Oversee nursing services, staff performance, and care quality
🔹 Ensure Compliance – Stay ahead of regulations, surveys, and care plans
🔹 Foster Excellence – Train, mentor, and build a collaborative team culture
🔹 Promote Quality Care – Conduct rounds, ensure compassionate patient care, and drive continuous improvement
DON Requirements:
Current RN License in Texas (Unrestricted)
3+ years of supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing home, or similar setting (DON experience preferred)
Passion for long-term care and working with seniors
Strong leadership and communication skills to guide a team effectively
Knowledge of nursing regulations, compliance, and best practices
