This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Front of House (FOH) Manager to join an upscale Columbia restaurant. This dinner-only establishment offers a work-life balance with a five-night schedule. The role requires strong leadership skills to motivate and support a team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire the team to deliver outstanding service.
  • Set clear priorities, drive performance, and ensure accountability.
  • Train and support staff to ensure top-notch service standards.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing in a polished upscale or fine dining restaurant.
  • Strong understanding of sanitation and food safety practices.
  • Hands-on leader with excellent multitasking abilities in a busy environment.
  • Proven experience in building and leading a successful team.
