Our beautiful resort just 50 minutes outside of Charlotte is seeking a passionate and driven Executive Sous Chef to help bring our farm-to-table vision to life. This role supports the Head Chef in menu development, food preparation, and maintaining high-quality standards for both daily farm guests and special events.

Executive Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and executing menus that highlight fresh, locally grown ingredients.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes.
- Oversee kitchen operations, staff, and food safety standards.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and compliance with health regulations.
- Step in for the Head Chef as needed.
- Manage food inventory, ordering, and equipment maintenance.
Executive Sous Chef Qualifications:
- 10+ years of culinary experience (restaurant, catering, hotel, or banquet).
- Strong farm-to-table philosophy and passion for fresh ingredients.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation; ServSafe Certification (or obtain within 30 days).
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.
- Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and creative menu development skills.
