General Manager

The Role:
- Oversee high-volume operations (current revenue: $3.5M-$4M, with $5M+ potential)
- Lead a large team: 85 FOH & 20-25 BOH staff
- Work with a structured management team (1 G.M., 1 A.G.M., 3 department managers, 2 kitchen managers
- Manage late-night service: Kitchen closes at 2 AM, requiring strong time management
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years G.M. or A.G.M. experience in a high-volume setting
- Proven ability to grow sales & profitability
- Strong leadership, organization, and guest engagement skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, late-night environment
