Are you a strategic financial leader with a passion for hospitality? We are seeking a Hotel Director of Finance to oversee and enhance the financial performance of our luxury property. This key leadership role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills, a proactive approach to financial management, and the ability to collaborate with executive leadership to drive profitability.

Hotel Director of Finance Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with all accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for cost savings
- Manage cash flow, revenue forecasting, and financial planning to optimize profitability
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with business goals
- Maintain relationships with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions
- Implement and oversee internal controls to safeguard assets and financial integrity
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (B.Acc, BS, BA, or BBA) MBA or CPA preferred
- 5+ years as a Director in a high-volume luxury resort with multiple outlets and events
