Non-Ferrous Trader (Fully Remote)

We’re looking for a Non-Ferrous Trader to source, negotiate, and purchase non-ferrous scrap metals while maintaining strong supplier relationships. The ideal candidate has deep market knowledge, pricing expertise, and strong negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and develop new suppliers for non-ferrous scrap.
  • Monitor market trends to optimize pricing and purchasing.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships.
  • Sell materials to mills, foundries, and end-users.
  • Coordinate logistics for efficient material delivery.
  • Ensure quality control and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in non-ferrous scrap trading or procurement.
  • Strong knowledge of metals (copper, aluminum, brass, etc.).
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Preferred:

  • Experience in Business, Finance, or Supply Chain.
  • Experience with scrapyards, mills, or recycling operations.
  • Established industry contacts.
