Restaurant Bar Manager Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all beverage policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Maintain adherence to local, state, and federal liquor laws
  • Manage inventory, portion control, bar pars, and cost control strategies
  • Uphold food handling and sanitation standards
  • Oversee daily bar operations while working scheduled shifts

Restaurant Bar Manager Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar leadership role in the industry
  • Ability to work in fast pace environments
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and peak hours
  • A collaborative leader who motivates and inspires their team
