Oversee all aspects of multi-unit restaurant operations

Lead and develop a high-performing team

Ensure top-tier guest experiences and handle customer concerns

Manage staff training, communication, and scheduling

Requirements:

️ 4+ years of experience as a Multi-Unit Restaurant Manager

️ Strong leadership, employee engagement, and customer service skills

️ High-energy, hands-on management style

️ Flexible availability, including days, evenings, and weekends
