We are looking for a strong Director of Food & Beverage to lead the talented team in our upscale full-service hotel. If you have experience leading a multi-outlet F&B department in polished service, we would love to speak with you.

Director of Food and Beverage Benefits:

Director of Food and Beverage Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years in a Director-level role in a full-service hotel property
  • Excellent beverage knowledge, wine certifications highly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience leading banquet and private events dining teams
  • Outstanding financial acumen, you are a P&L master
  • Superb communication skills, with experience working closely with an Executive Committee to drive sales and profitability
