We are seeking a General Manager for our private, member's only Country Club in NE Ohio! This leadership role oversees all aspects of club operations, including member relations, financial management, and facility maintenance. The GM ensures the highest standards in food, beverage, sports, and entertainment services while maintaining compliance with club policies and regulations.

General Manager Requirements/Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Operations: Oversee all club activities, department managers, and daily operations
  • Financial Management: Develop and monitor budgets, analyze financial statements, and manage cash flow
  • Member Relations: Welcome and engage with club members to enhance their experience
  • Marketing & Growth: Coordinate marketing and membership programs to attract new members
  • Event Management: Organize club events, entertainment, and sports activities
  • Facility & Asset Management: Maintain and protect club assets, including equipment and facilities
  • Team Management: Supervise Food & Beverage, Golf, Tennis, Swim, and Groundskeeping staff
