Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
- Scratch kitchen experience
- 2+ years in a General Manager role at an upscale casual establishment
- Strong financial and P&L acumen
- Proven ability to build and lead a team to achieve success
- New restaurant opening experience is a big plus!
