Timeshare Title Attorney

Timeshare Title Attorney Qualifications/Responsibilities:

  • 3 to 5+ years’ experience in the title industry with a proven track record of managing day-to-day operations related to title searches, underwriting, closings, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Proficiency in SoftPro with experience leveraging technology to automate and enhance operations and overall efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with clients, team members, and other key positions.
  • Active notary public commission is a plus.
  • Juris Doctor, and in good standing with Florida Bar Association
