Hiring: Experienced Restaurant Manager

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, running a high-volume restaurant ($8M+ in annual sales) with a scratch kitchen concept
  • 2+ years in a leadership role within the restaurant industry
  • A track record of steady career progression
  • A hands-on leader with a guest-first mentality

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold professional appearance, and carry themselves with confidence and a positive attitude
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with team members and guests
  • Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations related to employment, food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service
  • Maintain high standards for food quality and guest experience
  • Assist in managing front-of-house costs and optimizing operational efficiency
  • Keep the restaurant clean and in top condition, exceeding Health Department requirements
