We’re looking for an IT Support Engineer to manage our hybrid cloud and on-premise infrastructure. As a second-level support engineer, you’ll troubleshoot escalated issues, ensure system security and reliability, and enhance IT operations through automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced troubleshooting for cloud and on-premise systems.
  • Monitor system performance, security, and backups.
  • Maintain configurations and enforce security protocols.
  • Automate IT processes using scripting (PowerShell, Python).
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to optimize operations.
  • Document procedures and stay updated on industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years in IT support, preferably in hybrid environments.
  • Skills: System monitoring, security, automation, and troubleshooting.
  • Preferred Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, Azure Administrator, CCNA.
