We’re looking for a Creative Multimedia Manager to bring our brand to life through exceptional visual storytelling. This role blends graphic design, video production, and team leadership to create impactful digital and physical marketing assets that align with our brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop creative assets across various media, including digital ads, packaging, signage, and web content.
- Maintain and enforce the Brand Style Guide, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Oversee photo and video shoots, motion graphics, and content creation.
- Lead and mentor a team of designers, managing priorities and project timelines.
- Collaborate with eCommerce and marketing teams to enhance the customer experience.
- Support social media efforts with compelling visual content.
- Travel as needed to support brand initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or Fine Arts (preferred), with 8+ years of design leadership experience.
- Expertise in graphic design, video editing, and multimedia production.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a passion for the culinary industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
