Your Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead & manage Parts & Service departments, ensuring smooth operations
🔹 Develop & implement annual goals, budgets, and sales strategies
🔹 Collaborate with corporate & regional teams on sales & marketing plans
🔹 Grow revenue by identifying & capitalizing on new service & parts sales opportunities
🔹 Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
🔹 Maintain top-tier customer service and uphold our strong industry reputation
🔹 Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements
What We’re Looking For:
4+ years of experience in Construction Equipment Service and/or Parts operations (Service focus preferred)
Strong leadership & team-building skills—you know how to motivate and drive results
Excellent communication & customer service abilities
Financial acumen—you can interpret performance reports & optimize profitability
Flexibility to work extended hours, including Saturdays
