Multi-Unit Spa Director – Manhattan & Brooklyn
Seeking a strategic, results-driven Spa Director to oversee multiple luxury locations, elevate guest wellness, and lead high-performing teams. Ideal candidates have 3-4+ years of spa management experience, a strong sales mindset, and a passion for creating exceptional client experiences.
Multi-Unit Spa Director Responsibilities:

Multi-Unit Spa Director Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of leadership experience in multi-unit spa or wellness management.

- Proven ability to drive sales and revenue through strategic planning.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and staff development skills.
- Experience managing budgets, inventory, and operational efficiencies
Multi-Unit Spa Director Responsibilities:
- Lead daily spa operations across multiple locations, ensuring top-tier customer service and seamless guest experiences.
- Develop and implement strategic plans, including marketing initiatives, events, and revenue-generating opportunities.
- Manage and mentor spa staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Oversee budgeting, financial goals, and inventory management to drive profitability.
- Maintain compliance with all licensing, certification, and cleanliness standards for a premium spa environment.
