We are seeking a Senior NPD Engineer to join a growing plastic manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have experience leading project teams in the design, planning, and research necessary to introduce new products to market.

Senior NPD Engineer Responsibilities

  • Handle all activities related to new product development, including updating existing products and performing research and testing on product concepts
  • Generate drawings and models using CAD software like SolidWorks
  • High degree of collaboration with Engineering teams, Quality, and production

Senior NPD Engineer Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • 5+ years experience with NPD that reflects the entire new product design life cycle taking designs through testing through manufacturing in plastics manufacturing industry
