Your Role
- Drive Sales Growth – Achieve sales goals by implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies
- Build Strong Client Relationships – Proactively prospect new business and maintain existing accounts
- Ensure Event Success – Plan, book, and execute flawless events that exceed client expectations
- Lead with Excellence – Inspire and develop a high-performing sales team in a goal-driven environment
What We’re Looking For
- Sales Expertise – 1-2 years of experience in the hotel or hospitality industry; sales management experience preferred
- Customer Focus – Commitment to delivering outstanding guest service
- Organizational Mastery – Strong time management, multitasking, and attention to detail
- Effective Communicator – Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Tech-Savvy & Analytical – Strong computer proficiency and math skills
- Team Leader – Ability to lead, delegate, and foster a positive, success-driven culture
Requirements
- Education – High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- Experience – Hotel sales experience preferred, but not required
- Licensure – Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Background Check – Employment contingent upon successful background check and drug test (cannabis okay)
