Restaurant Manager Requirements:

  • 2+ years of leadership overseeing and training the team 
  • Exposure to sales volumes of $3 million per year
  • Exceptionally service-oriented 
  • Established longevity & career progression 
  • Professional image & demeanor 

Restaurant Manager Expectations:

  • Leadership presence and involvement in shift management
