We are searching for a Bar Manager in NYC for our Italian Fine Dining Restaurant. Candidates who are truly service-minded, polished, and detail-orientated will excel in this fine-dining upscale environment.

Bar Manager Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years leadership experience in an upscale to fine-dining craft cocktail environment with a demonstrated knowledge of wines, spirits, beers and craft cocktails
  • Understanding of local, state, and federal health and sanitation laws 
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • True leader with the ability to take and give direction 

Bar Manager Responsibilities:

  • Drive profitability by ensuring high-quality food, beverage, and service standards
  • Builds teamwork through proper training, communication, and follow-through
  • Plans and communicates effectively with team and supervisors 
  • Positive can-do attitude
