We are seeking an experienced fine dining Restaurant Manager to lead operations at a high-end Italian restaurant on the Upper East Side. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a thriving and growing fine-dining restaurant group.
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Create one-of-a-kind guest experiences
- Hire, train, coach, and direct a team
- Help team members grow while still holding them accountable to the highest standards
- Control costs and work well with team members of all departments
- Having a keen eye for detail and exceptional delivery of service
Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience in a fine dining or upscale hospitality setting in NYC
- Strong but approachable leadership qualities
- Proven ability to thrive in a busy and somewhat demanding environment
- Passionate about service, patient with all members of the team, and a desire to help others grow
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule
