What We’re Looking For

Experience: 4+ years in healthcare SaaS sales, telehealth, or clinical practice management software

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS healthcare sales, meeting or exceeding sales targets

Industry Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare operations, patient care workflows, and SaaS-driven solutions

Skills:

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to independently generate and qualify leads
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred), Microsoft Office, and sales tools
  • Adaptability to tailor sales strategies based on audience, deal size, and decision-makers

Minimal Travel Required – Up to 30% for conferences, client meetings, and events

What You’ll Do

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for expanding our client base and driving revenue growth by:

Prospecting & Lead Generation – Identify and engage healthcare providers, medical practices, and hospital systems using networking, outbound sales, and referrals

Product Demos & Presentations – Conduct compelling demonstrations of our SaaS-based healthcare solutions, communicating clear value to C-suite executives and stakeholders

Full Sales Cycle Management – Handle everything from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing

Client Relationship Building – Foster long-term partnerships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities

Collaboration with Marketing & Product Teams – Share market insights and customer feedback to enhance our SaaS offerings

Sales Tracking & Reporting – Utilize CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) to track, measure, and report on sales activities
