What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Master’s degree in Special Education OR Special Education Certification (Required)

🔹 Experience working with elementary or middle school students

🔹 A heart for advocacy, patience, and creativity in teaching

🔹 Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

🔹 Strong communication skills to collaborate with parents and staff
