What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Leadership: 5+ years in a General Manager role within an upscale or fine dining restaurant.
- Hospitality-Driven Mindset: A true passion for service and guest experience.
- Wine Expertise: Superior wine knowledge is a strong advantage.
- Hands-On Leadership: Detail-oriented, high standards, and a lead-by-example approach.
- People-Focused Culture: The ability to mentor, train, and inspire a top-tier hospitality team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and support the restaurant team to deliver world-class service.
- Foster a guest-first culture, ensuring unforgettable dining experiences.
- Maintain the highest operational and service standards.
- Work closely with the Director of Operations to drive excellence and efficiency.
