Are you a passionate leader with a drive for excellence? We’re looking for a Kitchen Manager (KM) to oversee kitchen operations, develop a strong team, and ensure top-quality food and service.
Responsibilities:
- Lead & Develop a high-performing kitchen team through hiring, training, and mentorship.
- Maintain Quality & Standards with line checks, inventory management, and adherence to safety regulations.
- Drive Efficiency & Financial Success by managing food and labor costs, meeting operational goals, and supporting local marketing efforts.
Requirements:
21+ years old
4+ years of kitchen management experience (casual dining preferred)
Strong leadership, operational, and team-building skills
Hospitality/Culinary degree preferred but not required
