We are seeking a Restaurant District Manager to oversee multiple locations, drive operational excellence, and develop high-performing teams. District Manager Compensation & Benefits:

  • Starting Base Salary: $75,000+ (Based on experience)
  • Performance-based bonuses (Monthly & Quarterly)
  • Annual salary evaluations
  • Business Expense Credit Card: All fuel costs covered 100% by the company
  • Monthly Cell Phone & Auto Allowance (Discussed at interview)
  • Up to 4 weeks of paid vacation
  • Comprehensive Health Benefits: Blue Cross Blue Shield (Health, Dental & Vision)
  • 7 Paid Holidays Per Year

District Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor Area Supervisors and Restaurant Managers to ensure operational excellence.
  • Participate in business planning meetings and provide strategic insights.
  • Oversee hiring, promotions, and disciplinary actions for restaurant leadership teams.
  • Monitor sales, labor, and operational efficiencies to drive profitability.
  • Ensure all locations meet compliance, safety, and brand standards.
  • Resolve conflicts and foster open communication among leadership teams.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support business objectives.

District Manager Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a multi-unit management role within the restaurant industry.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, budgeting, and performance management.
  • Proficiency in restaurant operating systems and point-of-sale technology.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Valid driver’s license, liability insurance, and the ability to travel as needed.
