Senior Mechanical Engineer Responsibilities and Requirements

• Lead mechanical engineering research, design, and development for new product lines

• Oversee design concepts, FEA simulations, CAD drawings, and verification testing

• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure efficient production and on-time project delivery

• Mentor junior engineers, documenting best practices and driving continuous improvement initiatives

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering (10+ years’ related experience) or Master’s (8+ years), including 8–10 years working with HVAC and refrigeration systems
