We’re seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer in the Columbus Metro Area to serve as a subject matter expert on Asset Reliability. You’ll analyze equipment performance, lead Root Cause Analysis efforts, optimize maintenance strategies, and provide leadership in reliability improvements and training.
Reliability Engineer Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate predictive maintenance and lead Root Cause investigations.
- Improve equipment design and manage spare parts optimization.
- Oversee work order documentation and provide team coaching.
- Develop and deliver training on maintenance techniques and technologies.
Reliability Engineer Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Reliability, Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical).
- 2+ years of experience in reliability principles and maintenance processes.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Preferred: CMRP/CMRT certifications, project management experience.
